Mr. Cohn is upfront about what to expect from any court proceedings based on his 30+ years of legal experience. He is not always clear in his explanations and needs to remember that his clients are not as fluent in legal terms as he is.
He is somewhat expensive, however, the outcome of my settlement was satisfactory.
I hired Mr. Cohn, because he seemed to have the energy that I wanted for the trial during our consultation. When we went to trial for child custody, he wasn't assertive and wasn't fully prepared.
It seems he does not like confrontations. He is not very aggressive nor think outside the box. He is not very responsive and when we require a call back, he rarely does it.
He is one of the worst attorney I ever had to deal with. He makes the case more complicated, it took over a year to get "nothing" accomplished. Sent him a complaint letter regarding the case and he decided to withdrawn himself for the case. I wouldn't recommend him to my enemy.
