Hired Attorney Ms. Susan Henderson

If this Judge is in Georgia, she is absolutely terrible and needs to be removed. She will reduced/dismiss someone with 8 prior offences that would be felony after so many. But, she will charge disabled, mentally challenged, homeless and veterans as much as she can for ridiculous offences. She charged a homeless man with no money for not having a reflector on his bike, and a veteran with a disability for having dark tint which helps with the disability. I can't remember what the mentally challenged man was charged with but it was a misdemeanor. This Judge is extraordinarily biased and unprofessional I could go on, but there isn't enough space to cover how bad she really is.

Hired Attorney Ms. Susan Henderson

As a judge would not recommend. Rude and condescending to civil defendants. Had a very negative demeanor and found her to be partial and prejudice against defense clients. Miss Henderson seems to have a disdain for the local citizens she was appointed to protect and preside over and it shows in her unbecoming behavior she exhibits in the court.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
