Overpriced for a uncontested divorce. She does not call you back, makes you call her for information and to see what is going on with your case and then charges you for the phone calls.
Lynn Grogan and Lee Roy Grogan never provided my billing and financial records after attempting to get them multiple times. also hard to reach for questions by calls or emails. Not professional at all and quite a frustrating experience!
Lynn grogan is unethical, greedy and rude! You are nothing but money and will keep your child in a custody battle for years just to profit! She manipulates so much , she goes in circles. Questions unanswered, phone calls unanswered, emails unanswered.. most attorneys will not work with her due to poor work ethics and frivolous mounds of BS!
Horrible at best.. immoral, doesn’t care and never in court. Check her leave of absence before hiring, you will wait at least a year or two before anything is filed. Then every penny you have will be squeezed from your soul!! Avoid avoid avoid
I paid $1500.00 for a divorce. I had to call numerous times to obtain information that should have been communicated to me. It took months to file paperwork to have divorce papers served. I ended up paying an additional $800.00 for fees to Lee Grogan for attending a mediation where I ended up paying the mediator $600.00 and ALIMONY. My ex husband represented himself and came out better than I did with Lee Grogan as my lawyer. The fees were not communicated until months after the divorce.
She tried to convince me to not let my kids see their father. She said she would be able to increase the child support amount.
It took me 5 years to get a divorce and then 6 more months before she would get the final decree signed. She is the greediest most unethical attorney I have ever known. You want a crook hire Lynn Grogan!!!
