She was so gracious and professional in directing us to the conference room and before that she graciously asked if we wanted something to drink. Gary Bruce has a very professional and efficient staff.

I was very impressed when I first met Mr. Bruce. He gave a wonderful first impression. As time went by though, I was less and less impressed. The case dragged on for months after his office's assurance of its closure.
I was hit by a driver that ran a red light. I was a new widow needing help and Mr Ladson was assigned my case. I had no idea what to expect. Over 11 months I initiated every communication with them, waiting 6-8 weeks between requests. When my medical treatments were over and an official demand letter was sent I had to ask for a copy of that letter. When I asked the status of medical claims, there was no definitive answer. I told Mr. Ladson to WAIT to settle until I confirmed with my health insurance the status of medical claims associated with the wreck. I called 10 days later to give him the info and was told my claim had been settled. I asked for a meeting to discuss my case and recourse to the settlement against my wishes. I met with both Mr Ladson and Mr Bruce. I very calmly asked questions and Mr. Bruce was VERY RUDE to me!! He raised his voice and made inappropriate hand gestures....it is NOT OK to treat a client or anyone the way he treated me. I DO NOT recommend his firm!
