She was a nice person who seemed to care about my financial problems.
Ms. Cross always seemed rude and condescending to me, I always felt like I was imposing on her time whenever I called to ask a question about my case, and she was very curt on the phone. She also felt the need to constantly give condescending, unwarranted advice about my personal character and conduct whenever I had concerns or questions about my case. The impression I walked away with is that she's only there to file your papers and collect her fees; nothing more! I will never recommend her.
