I hired Attorney Rachal for a DACA renewal, which she led me to beliveachievable. We submitted the paperwork in November 2024. Nevertheless, my case has surpassed the standard processing time, and I have not received updates or courtesy calls from Attorney Rachal or her staff. I had to contact her office staff repeatedly to get the few updates I received. After waiting over 175 days, I contacted USCIS and was told that Attorney Rachal had submitted my application incorrectly. When I informed her office, the staff member became defensive and yelled at me. It took only a 10-minute call to get the necessary information, which her office had failed to obtain. Attorney Rachal later terminated her services, citing my alleged failure to respond promptly, despite never having received a call from her office.
