Bart Kelley is one of the best and most understanding lawyers I've ever come across. During my case, and it was family court custody case, he told me strait up if I wanted custody i had to share with the grandmother..mind you it had been 6 yrs since I had had custody of them. He got in there and rocked he courtroom. So much the defendants didn't Kno which way to turn. He just done an excellent job. He will fight for you .and be 💯% honest with you and the routes you should travel. He knows Wat he's talking about . I'm about to retire him for another case. So Bart gets ready I got a doozy for ya!!

He was difficult to keep in touch with. Made me feel like I wasn't important to him. Really didn't do anything to help me.
Working with this lawyer is extremely stressful. He yells and is condescending. The consultation is supposedly free. He will start by telling you he yells so be warned and don’t waste your time or money. He cannot recall what he tells you then makes mistakes that are not typical or acceptable. He prefers to blame the client for his short comings. This lawyer will not take time to learn your case. He enjoys arguing and insulting clients. He will actually admit he is like this to clients and how some won’t even stay for the first appointment because of his yelling. I DO NOT recommend this lawyer. He will take your money and will not care about you at all nor about your case.
Did John Russell Parkes even go to law school? He not only writes law without prior knowledge of the cases that have gone before him, he has a chauvinistic attitude toward women regardless of the facts of a particular family law matter. Gross, Haslam. What were you thinking?
