Seth is someone I would stay away from. He reset our initial consultation at a date and time he requested, and then smelled like alcohol when we got there. My wife thought maybe I was mistaken, but the second time we both smelled it. We decided to go a different direction. Legal matters are just to important.
Seth is obviously the town idiot and gets only the court appointed cases. He is very untruthful in what he tells you. You can not trust him and his self interest when it comes to your case. He and his Columbia buddies conspire to sue each other's clients for their personal gain.
I have paid almost way too much money to him with no results. I will not even return phone calls. I chose him because of this website. He had a five star rating. I would not recommend him to anyone.
