Victor Li's roots trace back to the Pee Dee region, where he spent his formative years in Cheraw, South Carolina, attending Cheraw High School before gaining acceptance to the prestigious South Carolina Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics during his sophomore year. A native of the area, Victor developed a passion for gaming, often engaging in competitive matches of Scrabble, Poker, and Chess.
Driven by a belief in the power of honesty and transparency in fostering strong attorney-client relationships, Victor makes it a priority to offer direct accessibility to his clients. Upon retaining his services, clients receive his personal cell phone number, ensuring seamless communication whenever needed.
In 1999, Victor earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Clemson University, laying the foundation for his academic journey. Subsequently, he pursued his legal education at the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2003. Rather than immediately pursuing the bar exam, Victor embarked on a different path, founding the Northstar Learning Center. This initiative aimed to provide tutoring services tailored to underprivileged children in the Midlands, reflecting Victor's commitment to making a positive impact within his community.
