About Stephen G. Vicari

Stephen Vicari was born and raised in South Carolina and has made defending justice an integral part of who he is.

After the September 11th attacks in 2001, Stephen felt called to enlist in the US Navy. He eventually earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His dedication and service to others are also evident in his work, fighting for the justice his clients deserve. He says, “I am very grateful I became a personal injury lawyer because making a positive, concrete difference in someone’s life adds meaning to mine.”

Not only is Stephen dedicated to our country, but his dedication to his clients is clear in his results. He has received numerous accolades, including admission to the Million & Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum* for earning his clients millions in settlements, and as a member of the Top 40 Under 40 National Trial Lawyers as an outstanding young lawyer.

When Stephen is not in the courtroom or our Columbia, SC office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, being outdoors at Lake Murray, and reading.

My experience was quite refreshing in working with Stephen Vicari. Although the course of events that took place over time became a little tricky and odd, Stephen did not give up the fight. I was not expecting much of a settlement given the insurance company that we were dealing with. I've never had anyone look out for my best interest and today the settlement I received was a surprise for me as it was thousands above what I believed that I was getting. Stephen kept me abreast of everything that was going on. It was great to have someone take the case and run with it. I so appreciate his professionalism, kindness and helping me understand the process as time went by. I didn't have to worry about anything. He took my interest to heart and it was demonstrated. Stephen has definitely earned my trust by demonstrating a high level of integrity. I highly recommend his services.
