He defended that coward and disgraced former Richland County Sheriff Department (RCSD) deputy Cameron James Duecker who assaulted and abused an old woman (Sheila Webb) for no reason whatsoever. Of course, Hayes lost and now Duecker owes Webb $50,000. The RCSD owes Webb $500,000. That is justice! Yeah!
