Nekki Shutt worked on negotiating my severance agreement after I was unexpectedly laid off from my job. She was helpful and communicative, and successful at getting more from the company on my behalf. Her effort was meticulous and greatly appreciated.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nekki Shutt on a couple of my cases. She is blessed with patience and knowledge of the Law. Believe me she needed that PATIENCE with me. Some how she won my cases, inspite of me. Many rambling naratives. MANY Thanks to Nekki Shutt, Esq. Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner!

I first meet Ms Shutt in 2015. I was dealing with a hostile workplace environment. She was able to help me navigate through the situation with a positive outcome. I have since used her and her firm’s services in dealing with other situations. I definitely recommend her.

She is committed, caring, and whip smart. She knows what she is doing and very confident in her interaction with her clients and gives accurate advice. She tells it like it is. She doesn't take any BS and is a fighter for the rights of clients. My case was long and agonizing to me but she gave me hope that I would come out on the other side. She was so right. The whole firm is like that, dedicated to their mission. Clear about what they do and why. I was always in the loop on anything related to my case. She was accessible pretty much whenever I needed feedback or had a question. I am certain I was over the top at times, but she was supportive and helped get me calm and grounded. I was so happy with the outcome and resolution. It felt like David and Goliath. But right sometimes is might, especially if she's representing you.

Nekki Shutt is one of the best attorneys I’ve ever worked with and I’ve probably worked with 100 attorneys over my 40 years of professional experience. She listens to her clients. She extremely professional. Very responsive And I always want an attorney that is smart and bright. I had very high expectations and she exceeded all of my expectations I have already recommended her to others and would recommend her to anyone I had complete confidence in her after our very first conversation I am so glad I reached out

Nekki’s passion to protect those of us who have been wronged is unparalleled. She has treated my family like we were her own and has fought tooth and nail for us throughout the entirety of us working together. I can’t say enough about her kindness as well as her unrelenting determination to make sure justice is served. I would recommend hiring her to anyone I spoke with.

This is the first time I've been sued and have encountered the issues I did at my previous employer. Nekki and her team have been an amazing help. Nekki's guidance, expertise and willingness to explain have been wonderful. I feel more than confident my case is being handled in the most professional way. She is truly an SME in her field!
