Our company feels that Mr. Epting drag his feet on the whole process of trying to get the partners to agree on settlement. One partner took a company asset and paid it off with company funds, kept it and still wanted a cut of the final proceeds and some other things that he was not due. The whole process took almost a year and company money was tied up all that time. Extremely poor at returning calls or emails and usually the president of our co would have to go to his office to get a response.
