Allen Bullard exceeded all my expectations in a very challenging real estate issue. I live in California (born and reared in Columbia, SC), and inherited a home in SC that required a partition sale to receive my proceeds. In an arduous, lengthy trial, Allen successfully arranged a Zoom meeting with the trial judge, himself, the resistant co-owner of the property, and me (online in California), He prepped me for trial and advised me what outcome to expect, and proceeded to achieve far more than I thought possible (including having the co-owner pay all court costs. Call Allen Bullard for legal expertise, integrity, professionalism, and stone cold success.

I went through 5 lawyers before I found Allen Bullard. I had a real estate problem. My first attorney friend recommended another lawyer. The next 4 lawyers failed completely during 7 months of efforts. Then I contacted Allen. He quietly listened, took notes and said he would be back in touch. Three days later he called me and it was done! He sent a bill for a fee that was less than 20% of what I had paid the second failed attorney. Whatever my next legal problem I’m going to Allen Bullard.

Being in executive management working primarily with Fortune 200 companies, I have dealt with well over 100 lawyers over the past 30+ years. Never before have I met or was involved with legal activities with someone as competent, honest, and knowledgeable as Allen Bullard.
