OUR HISTORY

The Belser family has been a fixture in the South Carolina legal community for four generations. When Freeman Belser joined the firm in 2004, he followed his great- grandfather, Irvine Belser (1890-1969), his grandfather, Heyward Belser (1918-1994), and his father, Clinch Belser, as Columbia-based attorneys. All three are pictured left from 1970.

Our Company is based in Florida with a local satellite location in Columbia, SC. We are extremely pleased with attorney Freeman Belser with his knowledge and fast response time to our company's needs. This lawyer is by far the most pleasant attorney our company has had dealings with thus far. It's too bad he doesn't have an office in Florida or we would move our legal needs regarding Florida over to him too. You will not be disappointed by using Freeman as your attorney.
