Never in my life have I had to use an attorney for anything other than filing divorce paperwork. Not only did Attorney Karen Maisano win my case with the DA *without going to trial!* (as she and I both knew she could before we even got there, at least with a judge easily, not necessarily with the DA) she was professional, courteous, polite, and well organized (on short notice might I add). Also, it is imperative that I mention that the stigma that you get when it comes to dealing with attorneys, well, Attorney Maisano completely derailed that for me. She was not only compassionate, but she actually cared and it showed. I can't thank her enough, and I HIGHLY recommend her personally for any area of needs that she is practicing in that you may need! THANK YOU, Attorney Maisano!!!!
I know this firm from working with them for years throughout my career and used them primarily for land use law. Because of my relationship with them, I recently contacted them for advice on guardianship issues w/in my family. Their response was immediate with absolute willingness to assist me (pro bono). They are not only professional but are caring and personal.
We weren't very pleased with the first lawyer we dealt with but we changed lawyers in the firm and were more than pleased.
Wanda was very helpful with negotiating a severance agreement.
He worked with me, kept me informed and made the whole process easy
Fees seem reasonable and responsiveness was fairly good
'Disturbed' would be putting it mildly. Being that she is intensely Insecure as a person, it invariably defines her as an attorney. Obsessively trapped in her own flippant self-righteous conclusions, she often just can't see the forest through the trees. This had lead to grave consequences for many unfortunate enough to cross her path. Speaking of crossing, dare you do so she can lose it and for all to see! Oh my, not at all a healthy person who's supposedly looking out for vulnerable children.
