Hired Attorney

My family was working with Herb Willbrand and found him to be ethically questionable. The antiquated trust documents he has created are purposely ambiguous to require his repeated counsel. The sole trustee he uses is Central trust who has more fees than any other local company and has done a poor job in easy financial times. The dogma and stories get old when you're paying to hear them second time, almost verbatim. I think his age is truly affecting his cognitive abilities and all former associates have left his practice- a true warning.
