First off I'd like to say Mr Kevin Carr is an amazing lawyer he won't give up till he has exhausted every angle he can find he is a true pit bull if you were in the area of my accident he was looking to see if you need to settle lol he will call the person who hurt you mom dad grand ma grand pa brothers sisters aunts and uncles he will see if your pets are insured because if so he will be on them to leaving no stone unturned and he won't stop till he has made sure he got you all the money he could unfortunately the 19 year old that hit me had liability insurance in a high performance dodge charger but I can promise you everyone in his family talk to Mr Carr he was wanting everyone's insurance info if you've ever rode in that Car he wanted your info lol it may not have panned out but was trying all avenues making sure he found anyone who could be linked to the Carr that hit us unfortunately it was unsuccessfully but that's not his fault he check every angle thank you Mr carr

Hired Attorney Michael DiPasquale

I hired Mike DiPasquale back in October of 2022 for a car accident that I was not at fault for. It is now May of 2025 and I don’t know anything more than I did when I first hired them, nothing has been done with my case at all. Every time I call I get the same response, which is “they are still waiting on a response from the other parties involved”. I am so disappointed that I went with them vs Edelman and Thompson. I mostly work with Devin and absolutely nothing has been done, no resolution whatsoever. They tell me they will call and update me and they never do, it’s always me reaching out to them.

My 11 year old son was hit by a car driven by a public official while riding his bike. Dm law did nothing.worked with the insurance company. I ended up with $30,000 in medical bills and shelter insurance expecting me to pay $3000 for the damage to the woman's car. Dm law sided with the insurance company. Kinda sends a message to my son that big insurance is more important than his life. Dm law is a scam and on TV they say "Mike's got this", what he has is pockets padded by the insurance companies money. What a loser!

I was rear ended by a hit and run driver. But with the help of a bystander I discovered who the other driver was. So I hired Mike DiPasquale Working with DiPasquale law firm is like getting into to 2 accidents when you weren’t even wanting the 1st accident to happen.

Working with Mike DiPasquale law firm has to be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Their customer service is almost nonexistent. I’ve been waiting on them for 13 months to be told I have a new lawyer. But where is this new lawyer????

The company preys on poor people. They might win you some money but they take more than they should. Mark Bolt was assigned to my work Comp case. He is the worst most insensitive attorney ever. he took more money than I received. He worked great with opposing council to benefit himself. if you are low income you definitely don't want this firm. You're just paying for his commercials.
