Hired Attorney Daniel J. Pingelton

I don't know what I would have done without the Pingleton Law Firm going through my lengthy child custody/support case.
As sensitive as a custody cases are, Dan and his Assistant Kristy make you feel as comfortable as you possibly can be. They worry about all the stress and take care of issue in a very timely manor. I know i am in good hands with this team. I cannot express my gratitude enough for everything that has been done with my case.

Hired Attorney Daniel J. Pingelton

I was hit by a school bus approximately 18 years ago. The bus driver took a right turn on red. I had the green light, driving on the inside lane of a 4 lane road in Columbia. The bus driver broadsided me causing my truck to flip 2-3 times. I landed upside down in a ditch. Columbia, having a plentitude of doctors and nurses, I had numerous medical personnel in attendance. I was laid up, unable to work for a year. He’d work on my case, I’d call to see how it was going, etc. The very NEXT day when statute of limitations was up I got a call from Dan telling me the this. Obviously there’s much more. I ask, if he was johnny on the spot to call me about the statute why didn’t he call sooner to say he needed to file for an extension? My family was appalled with his lack of legal “skills”. I’ve had back surgery to boot.

Hired Attorney Daniel J. Pingelton

Dan Pingelton is the worst attorney I have ever seen. Refused to turn evidence over that would have won our case, refused to call out the lies from the guardian ad litem, refused to hold a corrupt judge accountable, but sure took that money and spent more time ion Italy than on my case. I called him out multiple times for lying to my face and as he said I have to work with this Judge. You are part of the problem with a broken system. You have allowed my daughter to me medicaly and mentaly abused as stated in the order and you did nothing!!!!!

Hired Attorney Daniel J. Pingelton

We had this attorney for a special education case for my son. He literally took a $5000 retainer for writing one letter which we said was not quite correct when he submitted it and for reading about the case over what was a 4 month period until the State civil rights disability office took it pro bono. He didn’t answer ongoing queries timely, he had my husband who is an elderly retired attorney with noted cognitive decline managing the back case organization of the file, he told us to get marital therapy seemingly unaware of my husbands neurological decline impacting his ability to help. He then maintained he was still our representative when we understood this letter to have “ fired” us by wasting case time to claim the entire retainer. Then due to ongoing issues with the case with civil rights and other attorneys he responded with threatening us to pursue ethics and malpractice investigations as “ frivolous suits”.

Used delaying tactics to gain leverage on Ex. Never told me the strategy and it just dragged on. Hard to communicate. Charged for each phone call even if its a simple question on date of next hearing.

Response from Daniel J. Pingelton
If you were an actual client, please call my office and I'll be happy to review your case with you. We NEVER charge for phone calls like this, which leads me to believe you may be mistaking me for someone else.

Hired Attorney Daniel J. Pingelton

Mr. Pingleton was our attorney for an uncontested adoption and failed to complete the process due to multiple errors on his part. He failed to file the paperwork correctly and ultimately we had to hire another attorney.
