After another Lawyer was driven off the case because of my tenant and her threats. At the last minute when no other lawyers returned my call in time for a new complaint she filed. He replied and took on the case. We went to court the tenant was surprised to see a new lawyer that she couldn’t manipulate and threaten. From that day on I knew I had the right lawyer From the start He knew the law and kept the tenant to the facts.
I’m having an issue as a tenant with my landlord. I must have called at least 20 to 30 different people trying to figure out what I can or cannot do in my rights as a tenant. Mr Totten was the only person to respond to my call and help me if you’re looking for a sign to go with this gentleman here it is.
Mr.Totten and Mr.Politzer were both responsive and thoroughly understood the Landlord/Tenant issue that we were facing. They took the case and had a positive resolution in a more than reasonable time frame. Nice guys to talk to also! Down to earth people.
Mr. Totten took on my case when no one else would. He thoroughly researched and was prepared to defend me in court. Communication was often and very clear. Fees were resonable.
