Abramson represented me for pre-divorce, divorce, and post-divorce litigation. Prior to divorce trial, Abramson called me to his office. His demeanor was angry and contemptuous, questioning why I had engaged my wife on several written parent coordination agreements regarding allocating interim custody, preschool, and extracurricular activities. Such agreements are nationally recognized and were used by our parent coordinators post-divorce. Abramson pursued 50/50 legal/physical custody, despite best interests attorney all but recommending sole legal custody. Prior to post-divorce modification initiated by ex-wife, given past experience, I requested he read in my presence timecards contradicting ex-wife’s claims I was not taking time off for daughter. While reading them, he suddenly exclaimed, "but these show the opposite!" Where before, his demeanor had been contemptuous, it collapsed and became conciliatory. Next day, he accomplished case dismissal by summary judgement.
