Hired Attorney

Betsy Case is an exceptional family law attorney who I was lucky to find & use. She is knowledgeable, experienced, detail-oriented, ethical and compassionate. I could go on and on about my experience using her professional services. Betsy went out of her way to insure my best interests were protected. She explained in detail the documents she prepared on my behalf as well as the process that needed to be followed to insure they were valid and held up if challenged. I cannot say enough good things about Betsy’s ethical character and technical expertise as a family law Lawyer.

Hired Attorney

I used Elizabeth Case ten years ago and I am still paying for her incompetence. I did all the work for her - putting together documents to prove my points. She did virtually nothing and when we got in to mediation, she turned to me to answer the judge! What was I paying her for??? I agree with other reviewer who said she does not communicate and she is NOT interested in helping her client. She was always siding with my ex's lawyer instead of standing up for me. If your ex is a retiring federal employee and you are entitled to a portion of a pension - I would NOT recommend you use this lawyer. Her phrasing in my agreement caused me to loose $3000/year in pension benefits. Because she used the term "creditable" service years, my ex was able to include his unused sick leave as service years - lowering my portion of his benefit. Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer.

Hired Attorney

This lawyer represented me for a divorce. I would not use this lawyer again, nor recommend the services of this lawyer. Elizabeth Case is reactive not proactive; burned out, just going through the motions; has no passion or energy; will not advocate for you; provides little strategy/guidance; under-explains the process; has inadequate understanding of the long term financial aspects; is slow to communicate; will not go the extra mile for you; just settles, and not in your best interest!
