Hired Attorney

Attorney Zaller engaged in rampant attorney fee billing improprieties completely ignoring the "American Rule." Attorney Zaller ignores his firm's ethical violations including, but not limited to, subornation of perjury, fabrication of evidence and materially false representations. My homeowner's association fired his firm in 2021.

Hired Attorney

Zaller’s management style is to hire among the most unethical attorneys you’ll witness. He’s ignored fabricated material evidence, fabricated material testimony by phantom witnesses, and even subornation of perjury by material witnesses. Despite his 1-year MBA he permitted a staff member to embezzle about $600,000. Do not hire this man who stole over $150k from our hoa through a criminal conspiracy he has engaged in partnership with Tidewater Property Management, Inc. A clinical psychologist described Zaller as having indications of being a sociopath. Ignore his friendly demeanor because he’ll be justifying his attorney fee billing scam by misleading board members that his theft is “proper” or “consistent with industry standards” — when it’s not!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
