Beth Rogers was a fantastic mediator. She was neutral, fair, and flexible. She suggested compromises that were helpful and was able to see the TRUE nature of the issues at hand. Mediation is about compromise and trying to find acceptable terms for both parties during a rough time. If you are unwilling to be open to mediation, you’re simply wasting money. Despite the negative review, which was wholly untrue, I would highly recommend Beth Rogers for Mediation services and would utilize her again.

I cannot say enough good things about Beth. She was professional and a stellar advocate for me and my best interests. Her service was prompt, accurate, and complete from start to finish. She was available whenever I had questions and always seemed to have time no matter how busy she was.

I used Beth as a mediator a few weeks ago and the experience was pretty terrible and humiliating on my part. First of all, she didn’t help my ex and I come to any sort of agreement, so a complete waste of money. My ex was charged with stalking me and harassing me and when I brought up those concerns she said he did those things because he still loved me. I was appalled that a neutral mediator would minimize my experiences with an abusive ex.

I am sorry you felt this way. I do my best to remain neutral. My goal is to acknowledge each parties' feelings and help both parties understand the position of the other party in an effort to reach an agreement that is best for all involved.
