She met with me twice in 6+ months and I had to keep calling to fine out what was going on. Then she had me sing off on the other person be for everything was pay for. I my have damage to myself the rest of my life from what the doctors have told me. She said it was the state law. She does not even know if the money that I got for part of my lost wages it to be taxed.

The lawyer that worked with me couldn't keep his story strait about what was going to happen. For instance one time I would talk to him and he said we had a very good case and what worker comp was doing was against the law, then the next time we talked he would tell me he never said that he could never make up his mind what we were doing at any given time. He dragged the case out for years when it could have been over in less than a year.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
