I really liked working with Mr. Covert. His knowledge of law and his expertise in his field helped our company tremendously. I would absolutely recommend him to others.
I have never felt with a collision injury attorney before, everything was great in the beginning. We met, signed papers, forwarded me to a chiropractor and I made it work around my own schedule to the best of my ability, but in the end I got all the requirements done within the legal timeframe it needed to be done, (had it not been he wouldn't do it). And last minute right as the case is nearly done at a weird time at night was text messaging me repeatedly asking a question that he was asking in a manipulative manner so we called each other and he was clearly intoxicated asking me the same question. I tried to the best of my ability to answer his question and told him to contact the insurance, chiropractor HE REFERRED ME TO, and then the auto body shop that repaired my car under his request. Last minute asks me if i "had just smoked a bunch of weed and can't understand him" clearly insulting my intelligence. I responded and told him I don't appreciate him talking to me like that
