About Wm Andrew Wills

Drew began his legal career defending liability claims against individuals, businesses and professionals on behalf of insurance companies in a broad range of civil litigation from automobile collisions to hospital negligence and medical malpractice actions. In the early 1990’s, Drew changed course and begin representing the individuals and their families who have suffered serious injury or death as a result of the negligent, careless or reckless actions of others. His first-hand knowledge of claims handling by insurance companies and their counsel has proven to be a significant asset in obtaining recoveries for the people he represents. His success is due in large part to limiting the number of cases taken so that each client receives the time and effort required to be fully informed and secure as full a recovery as the law will allow.Drew has been an active participant in his legal and non-legal communities. He maintains membership in the El Paso County and Colorado Bar Associations, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice and the Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyers Association. He holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating in Martindale-Hubbell, signifying that he has attained the highest level of professional standards and ethical ability. Drew has volunteered and served as a member and president on several local non-profit boards and foundations. He is a past president of the Ben Wendelken Inn of Court, the El Paso County Bar Foundation and the Resource Exchange. He recently joined the board of the Independence Center and is certified as a peer mentor for the Peer and Family Support program instituted by the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation and mentors others with spinal cord injuries in a variety of settings.

Mr. Wills has always been kind and patient with me, while remaining dedicated and unrelenting with my case. The title of my review is "Thank You" because I will tell this man 'thank you' every single chance I get, not only for ensuring a fair outcome in my case but for always treating me with dignity and compassion. If you are like me, the idea of finding a trustworthy lawyer feels similar to the idea of finding a trustworthy car mechanic. It sounds like an oxymoron and I can't help but think, 'does one even exist?' As it turns out, yes, at least one does, and his name is Mr. Andrew Wills. I'll be forever grateful to have had Mr. Wills as my lawyer and advocate throughout my case. There *might* be—and I mean *might* be—other injury lawyers who are as good as Mr. Wills but there's no way there are any who are better. Impossible. To Mr. Wills: as always, thank you.

Drew did an excellent job on personal injury case resulting from my being struck by a car while riding my bicycle. Drew was very thorough and detailed oriented as he took the time to explain everything to me through every step of the process. As a cyclist himself, Drew was very empathetic to my case. Overall, I would highly recommend Drew and I couldn't be more please with how he represented me in my case.

Drew abolishes all the labels attorneys have. If you want to have an attorney that keeps you in the loop with no drama, stays calm and speaks honestly about where your case is, Drew is the one you want to hire. He also can explain what is happening with your case in common vocabulary so you can make a quality decision for yourself. Not only that, he is a fantastic family man. I highly recommend him!

Dealing with USAA, Farmers, Blue Cross and Medicare brought no solution.Drew had the uncanny ability to listen and take action from day one. Drew was able to reach a very satisfactory settlement. I was impressed wiith Drew's professional know-how and his concern for his clients welfare. My recommendation is 5 stars!
