His paralegal is great, but he is not very communicative. For the amount he charges, we were expecting someone who would fight for us. He would forget whole conversations, so that when we talked with him half of the time was spent repeating past discussions. We also found out he told the CFI that we would agree to a time split that was not what we had talked about. I think he either confused us with another client or did not check the facts of our case and went with what HE believed was best
He constantly ignored salient information, which caused my spousal support to be reduced by half with no child support. He left for an hour during one meeting but charged me for it. I felt like I was defending myself to him and he never acted as my advocate. I repeatedly asked for a forensic accountant. Instead he got his associate who kept saying "Well, the money is gone". And it really was after I used Cross and his associates.
He screamed at me so much that I was shaking and crying the first time I visited the office. He constantly made false accusations which I was too afraid of him to defend. He was also duped by the opposing counsel and negligent in several areas of my case.
