Hired Attorney R. Robert Clothier

Mr. Clotheir stepped up to the plate, when having to deal with my ex-husband who had been dismissed from 3 attorneys, due to lack of control of their client. Mr. Clotheir was calm, cool, and collected at all times. He had a game plan to get me to my finish line. And, that was all that mattered to me. And, bottom line...this result driven attorney did just that. Divorce was final and fair. Excellent work on such a horrific case. Thank you!

Hired Attorney R. Robert Clothier

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN !!! I do not even know where to begin. If you are entertaining retaining Mr. Clothier and his team please please pay atention to the following! They are very personable so I thought I was in good hands however Mr. Clothier and his team are just horrificaly incompetent. - They made a 100k dollar mathmatical error that I caught at mediation on the value of my house. -The billing is not tracked accuratley at all so realy document everything. They will ask for documents several times and then bill you every time. - The unorganization is awful, Mr. Clothier literaly forgot I was the one who Filed for divorce.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
