There was an insurance settlement for a house that my ex spouse burned down that was being held in the courts trust fund. Part of this money was to pay for attorney's fees. Oliver requested that he receive his money from this money before the final court date. The judge refused. Oliver then dropped out of the case which left me without legal representation. The OPC was paid out of the money during the final proceedings and Oliver would have also, but he chose not to go any further.
