HONESTY and lawyer is a sentence that I didn’t ever anticipate writing. Mary Kay Kramer was knowledgeable, great at active listening and most importantly, honest. So honest in fact that she concluded that it wasn’t worthwhile to pursue legal actions during our free consultation. It doesn’t hurt that she has wonderful stories of her travels to Ireland and she also has a skittish rescue dog, Birdie, that warmed up to me.
Mary Kay is an innovative attorney who gets to the point and tries to save the client money though the least expensive routes. She is responsive and able, often looking for solutions outside the box that work for all involved. She and her staff are great.
She is too busy to give each case the attention it needs. There were many mistakes in our final orders that needed to go back and be reviewed at an additional cost to us.
Mary Kay was nice, but not at all professional. She had a huge Rottweiler (unsure of spelling) in her office that had shed hair all over, and the entire office smelled of dog. While I was there, the dog ran out and tried to kill a squirrel, and Ms. Kramer chased after him cussing. The office was sloppy and messy.
