Some cases are not meant to be negotiated when the other side is trying to take you to the cleaners although it’s wonderful when cases can be done that way. Unfortunately mine was not one of those. Lisa urged me to give up all my documents for the case while refusing to do the same for the other side. She seemed timid to litigate against this other well seasoned attorney who I wish I had on my side at the time. Does not care about fighting for you or ensuring your rights are well protected but manages to charge you as if she were. Avoid.
