A tremendous lawyer! Originally Kyle was a court assigned public defender for a family court matter. With his expertise and legal knowledge, Kyle quickly turned a frightful contempt case into nothing more than a minor fine. Blown away by his performance I knew had to retain Kyle to be my go-to guy when my ex attempted to steal away my custody and establish a bogus domestic violence ordeal. Kyle without any difficulties turned that scary situation into absolutely nothing but minor court fees. Allowing my full retention of parental rights and a complete dismissal of the domestic violence allegations. Kyle offered great assistance and guidance that has constantly helped me to be in an amazing position! Without a doubt I will utilize Kyle's services anytime I am in need of representation!
If I could, I will give this lawyer less than zero. I have bad experience with this lawyer, he went against my well, snatched $ five thousand without providing any good results, although my case was simple and easy, he sent me some documents exhibit for my case, stamped with my case number, but the case was for someone else and not mine ( I have it saved for anyone's review), and when I asked about where is mine? we suppose to show up tomorrow at the court, he yelled at me, and chose to put me in just a mutual agreement with the defendant, which is against my well, and I should not go through this at all, then he asked me for another two thousands for retaining, and when I asked for some time to just gather myself after paying five thousands, he withdraw and sent harsh threaten to send me to a collection attorney. he is just such unprofessional, he does not care about his client, but his main concern is to snatch as much money as he could. I do not recommend him.
