Hired Attorney Joi Kush

joi and her paralegal Kristie were incredible to work with. They helped me understand what was happening, listened to my point of view, gave me reliable advice, and made the process as painless as it could be. Personally, they were enjoyable to talk to, positive, and assertive. They are both true professionals. I am grateful to have found them and would highly recommend them to anyone I care about.

Joi goes above and beyond. I’d choose her hands down and recommend to anyone. She had the respondent and respondents attorney Look like a pretzel in court. Joi is clear, concise, professional, solid, responds in timely manner, is on time or ahead of time with court deadlines. She manages her time well and does not overextend herself. She cares for her clients and has a heart for justice to be served. She’s respectful and incredibly strong and well Prepared and focused in the courtroom, Joi will not diapppoint. You are in the best of hands with Joi and her experience.

Joi was simply amazing! She most definitely knows her stuff and isn't afraid to let people know it. Confidence and knowledge are very important when it comes to legal council. Rest assured, Joi has what it takes to win your case. She is more than worth the cost! And Kristie, well, she is a gem of a paralegal! She was always there to answer any questions and always kept me informed of everything! They are both amazing. You will not be disappointed with retaining this law firm. Trust me!

Hired Attorney Joi Kush

I reside in different state. I had an urgent need to find an attorney to represent me in Colorado Springs in a short notice. I am so fortunate to get a referral to an attorney Joi Kush. I can’t express how safe I feel to be in Joi’s hands from the first moment of the e-mail correspondence. I know how busy attorneys are and how much stress and lots of questions their clients have. Joi always had time for me to promptly e-mail me back with explanations. All her filing papers to court was logic, clear, detailed. I got all copies of papers emailed to me right away. I feel like I am in Colorado with my attorney Joi Kush at her office!
In a day before my court hearings day, I had an appointment with my attorney. There is no any minute wasted at the meeting. She explained to me the process, went with me throughout all my case, patiently answered my questions, guided me of possible outcome. I feel very confident and I trusted my attorney.
The Court Hearings was a real battle. Joi was so professional, knowledgeable, respectful to the other party. Her questions to opposite party and explanations to judge was clear and logic. She won the case!
I can’t express how much I appreciate what a great job Joi Kush had done for me.
I wish all my best to my attorney Joi Kush and her paralegal team.
I recommend attorney Joi Kush to everyone who need the case to win.

It has been said that the law could be used to “indict a ham sandwich”. This means that the law could be used to justify an unjust decision. My former spouse demanded arbitration related to a divorce years prior. Her attorney wanted to use Mr. David Johnson of Johnson Kush P.C. My attorney had never used him but did not object. I naively assumed that the Arbitrator would be guided by justice, fairness and seeking a reasonable resolution. This was NOT the case with Mr. Johnson. He ignored the voluminous evidence that I presented and granted a lopsided judgment in my ex-spouses favor based on a ridiculous assertion she made. I will never know what was in Mr. Johnson’s heart and mind when he made this unjust ruling, but this is clear: the opposing Attorney has been bringing Mr. Johnson business for years and will continue to do so. Mr. Johnson is unlikely to see my Attorney ever again. Mr. Johnson - did you make a ruling based on helping your attorney friend and thus helping yourself?
