Not only where we extremly unprepared for the case but I feel I was not properly warned as to the types of questions I would be facing from the judge. We went into our court date looking extremly unprepared, which the judge commented on. In result my daughter was allowed to move with my drug abusing ex-husband to California and I now pay HIM a monthly child support. She commented afterwards "Maybe I should stop doing relocation cases, I always loose them!" What a slap in the face for me!!
