Hired Attorney

We paid $2000 & he did nothing. At Mediation he showed up & said the other side has already made a decision & that we cannot even contest anything or have a mediation. What a POS. Read the reviews, he is doing the same thing to everyone,,,Don't use this useless excuse for an attorney...your money will totally be wasted.

Hired Attorney

When we first met with Mr. McCready he said he would take care of us and said all the right things. We informed him of how violent the other family is and how if we say left they will say right just for spite. We only got to meet with him briefly just before court. Mr. McCready does not listen to his client and only wants to be in and out of court as soon as possible. He even put down the Judge hearing our case. Clearly unprofessional and a true waste of our money!

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
