About Gordon J. Heuser, Esq.

Gordon J. Heuser is a Colorado Springs native with more than 40 years of experience practicing law in Southern Colorado. Over his career, he has handled thousands of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, securing favorable outcomes and advocating relentlessly for his clients. His appellate work includes arguments before both the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. Committed to delivering the highest quality service, Gordon makes his clients’ needs his top priority. Outside the courtroom, he is an avid runner who has competed in numerous races across the United States including the Boston Marathon. He also loves hiking—especially “bagging” 14-ers in the Rocky Mountains—as well as traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and grandchildren.

Excellent attorney. He works hard for his clients and is very responsive. He explained everything in a way I could understand. The legal process can be very complicated but Gordon made sure I always knew what was going on. Highly recommend.

Gordon is an outstanding lawyer and he helped me and my wife with my personal injury case. From the very beginning the communication was excellent. He was always able to explain things to me and he was always able to answer my questions. He helped me get excellent medical care (I didn't have to go through the VA). His team was also excellent and I was thankful to have Brandi as the paralegal on my case. She is very kind and helpful. At the end of my case I received a very good amount of money (6 figures) for settlement and I was able to get the necessary medical care to recover. The process was made easy for me and if I ever need to use a personal injury attorney again I will use him. I also like that he is a Colorado Springs local and not part of a firm up in Denver. I know Heuser and Heuser markets a lot on TV but the experience feels like a small firm. I highly recommend Gordon Heuser.

Gordon went above and beyond my expectations when he handled my personal injury case. He answered all my questions and told me exactly what to expect in the handling of my case. I never felt like I was in the dark and he got me way more money from the insurance company than I would have been able to get on my own. He and his staff also helped me get my bills resubmitted through my health insurance and get reductions. I am so grateful for all of his assistance.
