Hired Attorney

Did little to no work. I was due twice settlement amount i found out post divorce. Forgot phone appt and I woke him up when appt was scheduled! He waited for offers from opposing side, was barely responsive to emails, lied about "working on my case" i foubd out after he said he was spending "all day" on it, I found out he was un another mediation all day from receptionist. Told stories on phone re how someone else who didnt settle their case went bankrupt...fear tactic so he wouldn't have to work on my behalf. He allowed opposing party to dictate terms and never fought. Worst family law atty one caj find, which is why he was let go it seems from law firm. No work, yet kept charging me until I was almost out of money. I asked him to file temp support asap and he waited, stating,"I thought we were close to an offer." I got screwed by his lack of assertion. Should be disbarred. Saw other bad reviews which appear to have vanished.wish CO had poor representation remedy. Need it for him.
