Make sure that you ask any questions you may have in your initial interview as it is a little hard to get questions answered afterwards. They get back with you but it is easier to ask in the initial interview.
If he allows U to communicate with him & ask questions & not demand 150% from U (he's very dominate/aggressive), then I believe he'd fight tooth & nail for his clients. He struck me as the type to go for the juggler at no matter what cost! I did not care for his personality type & he wanted me to immediately close one Bank Acct. I've had for over 25 years--without giving me any options. He then said he didn't want to help me due to that one thing beacuse I must do all he says--without question
We retained Mr. Gooch's firm for bankruptcy on two different occasions,2007 and 2009. We had problem with 2007 called his office, was informed ok, not to worry. We were contacted by office requesting us to refile the bankruptcy instead of reinstating because we would save money. We were assured home was safe, mortgage co illegally sold to self,not to worry. He filed papers in wrong court, withdrew, never secured home, left us no help,lost home, still trying to find help since 09, and homeless.
