Dave is the best, when he asked me to not say a word and let him handle everything I appreciated his knowledge .. A lawyer that lets you speak out of place loses the case... I have never left this mans side , and I have had nothing but the best results .. Thank you Dave ...

I'm unsure if Dave Foley is a bad person, or just a horrible lawyer. His billing procedure is an absolute scam - pay upfront, all-inclusive. Once he receives your money, he becomes unresponsive. He absolutely dropped the ball on my case. Take your money (and good intentions) elsewhere.

A very bad lazy, lying man. Now a shadow of the lawyer he once was. Took half our life savings an lied an omitted during the whole case . Lied about a sweetheart deal, that ANY first year public defender could have won. An probably have done better. He sabotaged my criminal case , An TRIED to sabotage my CIVIL case . (Which he said to me ..He Knows Nuthing About Civil law!?) We over came every obstacle he laid before us. We jumped threw EVERY hoop/trap he set. An I PASSED EVERY test that this ugly scum P.O.S. set up . We can only hope he faces his " Evil Karma" soon . (See my Facebook page or my Google review for pictures about our case )

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
