A friend of mine used this firm to help him with a per se child custody case as he needed help with technicalities. He gave the firm the requested retainer and paid a bill after each meeting with Mr. Sutton. Three days before going to trial and with one final meeting with Mr. Sutton scheduled the firm required some $3,500. payment before the final meeting could take place. It was unclear why so much was owed. I signed as a secondary signee and tried to obtain billing details. The service representative in accounting was hostile, rigid and condescending. He re read part of the signed contract to me even after I assured him I had read it. No resolution was reached despite my best efforts. More than once my friend's scheduled appointment was rescheduled for not given reason. Mr Sutton gave excellent advice and guidance, but he was unreliable at keeping meeting times and abandoned his client after thousands $$ payment with no invoice available. Would never recommend this firm.
