After 3 years of Court for a nasty divorce , an Appeal and custody battle, I can truly say this is was a roller coaster for me. Gasper/ Kelly are overpriced very inadequate law firm DO NOT USE THEM The equity in the marital house was approximately $170,000.00 half of that is $85,000.00. I was only awarded $17,000.00. So, I lost $67,000.00 with Gasper's atrocious legal representation. Gasper will say that they saved me $6,000.00 for my TSP account as I only have $12,000.00 in my TSP account and my retirement monthly check is less than $600.00. I now have no retirement fund and have a $30,000.00 bill from gasper Not good
The family law division was a very BIG MISTAKE in my opinion. Very over priced and did not provide adequate information on what was going on. Carrie Kelly went to the pre trail and I was told that I did not have to be there but I got no information on what went on at the pretrial. I was told my two other attorney's that I should file legal malpractice suit against them but The Gasper Law firm took all money so I can not do this. This was a one house no children divorce. I have lots more to tell
