Hired Attorney Lenard Rioth

I have found Lenard Rioth's legal advice to be invaluable in varied applications related to Homeowner Association law. He has assisted my company as well as many of my clients with services, including contract review, covenant enforcement, debt collection, governing documents, etc. As an attorney who has been in the HOA field for decades, his insight has been very helpful.

Hired Law Firm

Lenard Rioth, who has been with the firm for many, many years, has been an excellent source of advice. His talks are always valuable. And I've found his expertise in finding a reasonable route through legal problems highly useful, especially in the area of homeowner associations.

Hired Attorney Stephen Lebel

He used our HOA like it was his own personal ATM machine for years and years, quelling any homeowner discontent with bullying and intimidation tactics. I wouldn't call it services. Disservices would be more accurate.

Hired Attorney Stephen Lebel

Stephen Lebel violated the provisions of the Colorado Revised Statutes by applying a specific statute of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act which expressly does not apply to the association, then charging the members of the association therefore, when a member of the association uncovered a six-year long error in the manner the association was levying assessments, all under Mr. Lebel's legal tenure at the association. His advice also violated provisions of the association's bylaws.
