I was pulled over and charged with a DUI, I went to the Gasper Law firm where I was referred to Allen C. Gasper to handle my case. I explained to Mr. Gasper my situation and within hours he and his Paralegal where hard at work seeing to it I was treated fairly and with respect. My case was settled and dropped to a "reckless driving" and I completed all the necessary required things needing done as deemed by the courts. My case was dropped completely when all things were said and done.
Allen Gasper and Group took care of me and character and my creditability and in the end my case was dropped and my record scrubbed clean. If it wasn't for Mr. Gasper and his abilities and professionalism my whole life could have changed and my future uncertain. I would use Gasper and his group in the future if ever the need should arise. I think they are "great".
I interviewed a few firms for my case and when I met Allen and his staff I knew that my case was in the best of hands. "My" attorney, Patterson, was amazing. I was told specifically how my case was going to be handled and it was dismissed and sealed at a great value. Everyone on the staff was great to work with! Plus they have a great office at it's location is perfect.
I don't have anything to say he quoted us one price and had a payment plan but we paid it seemed a lot more then what he has initially said and he never called us or spoke with us after the initial retainer phase. Afterward it was just the paralegal that we would talk with.
He did not apply himself to my case. I had evidence of an assault on me first before I retaliated. He showed up 30 minutes late for my initial court appearance. The Prosecutor was going to plea with me but waited for Gasper. Gasper knew they were going to plea this so he did absolutely nothing to present my side of the case. I felt I had nothing else to do but plea deal. He didn't even recognize me when he came into court. He collected a large sum of money from a DAV and did nothing.
