Not all options are provided in the collection letter received. I called them to ask why the account number given didn't work on Baptist online, the lady gave me Med Financial Sevices info and I never looked back. 800-527-8614

Hired Attorney Valerie Fisher

She likes to play in the gray area between what is obviously illegal and what is not quite legal but nobody will prosecute her for it. Her debtors will update her with current contact information and she will ignore it and send all official correspondence to the old address in the hopes that it doesn't reach them and she can receive and uncontested judgement. She tacks on additional random fees and when questioned about them, refuses to say. She dodges all communication.

I have tried several times to get a hold of someone and all I get is Voicemail. My husband and I have left several messages and no one returns our calls. When this all started I asked that they send me a statement so I dont forget to make my monthy payments. They dont provide that and they will not take payment over the phone ? I now live In Texas and it's a pain in the butt to send a check. Who really uses checks anymore anyways. But they sure are able to cash your check the min they recive it.
