Hired Attorney

I retained Ms. Horner to represent me in a case to modify my divorce decree which was a motion filed by my ex-husband. Later this case turned into a child custody hearing. During that time Ms. Horner was extremely difficult to correspond with or reach by phone. When the case turned into a child custody case, Ms. Horner assured me that my ex-husband was NOT trying to get custody of my child. He was simply using that as a "threat" in order to get what he really wanted which was to change our me

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
