Albert Maimone & Associates, P.C. is a law firm established in 1995 with an office in College Point, NY. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing real estate, bankruptcy, business law and 10 other areas of law.
Very professional Law office, handled all matters very prompt ,expediciously and effectively , saved me money on closing issues which most attorneys would not have picked up on.. After closing was mailed a folder containing all documents related to closing sectioned off deed, mortgage, checks, fees, title closer, title, other attorney documents . Never seen this done by an attorney and I have had numerous closing for myself and family, would highly recommend Albert Maimone & associates .
Al kept in good communication (timely and at length, sometimes) with my wife and I over a 15 month period of delays in closing a real estate transaction. His brothers helped in eliminating our "tenants from hell" violations with the NYC HPD, and we know his prices were more than fair with us. My wife used to do the billing for attorneys, so we have an informed opinion regarding that. We would use Albert Maimone & Associates again, if the circumstances arose!
I used Albert Maimone's services to sell my house and to Purchase a new one. His firm was efficient, responsive and saved me money. On our purchase, he did a purchase CEMA which saved me $12,000.00 in mortgage tax. His prices are fair and I would highly recommend the firm. Worth every penny!
