Judy was very professional and prompt. Some matters she handled for us were time sensitive and she got the job done.
Had this Law Office draw up 2 Living Wills & 2 other “Estate Planning Documents” (on file) of the like. Also had a rental agreement drawn up, with the total bill being $900 The contact information on the one living will was incorrect and more than 5 items were not included in the Rental Agreement that Kari said she “created herself”. This 2 page document that was very vague and general costing $400.00 for her to “draft” this rental agreement. After looking on the internet for less than 5 minutes, I found a Rental Agreement that was $29.95 to download and was almost word by word to the contract that Kari “drew up herself”. Very disappointed in the next generation that will be taking over her mom’s firm, because Judy was very polite and honest when I had dealt with her in the past, was hoping to have a “younger” attorney prepare my documents that wouldn’t retire before I needed their services for my will.
Attorney Kari White is the worst GAL I have encountered. Do not hire her if you want an honest job that is in best for your child(ren). She is pro 50/50 regardless if it’s in the child(ren)’s best interest or not. She completely disregarded all pertinent information about the children’s lives. She chose to believe personal opinions rather than to look at the facts. She had inaccurate major details in her final report. She would only return messages with one party of the case. It was an absolute nightmare. Do not hire Kari White as a GAL if you want someone to actually help decide what is best for your child(ren).

I found one of the attorneys to be very unprofessional and very uncaring. She became very hostile where I finally had to leave. She humiliated me in front of a family member. I found her not to have the knowledge of the Ohio trust code.
