Nick Daley joined the firm in 2018 as an Associate Attorney and became a Partner in the firm in 2022. He focuses his practice primarily on real estate. He has several years of experience handling all aspects of real estate transactions, including contract formation, title examination and conducting closings. Nick grew up in the Northeast Kingdom, in the Town of Canaan, VT, and completed his undergraduate study at Saint Michael’s College in 2009. He graduated with honors from Suffolk University Law School in 2013, and then returned to Vermont to begin his legal practice.

In his free time Nick enjoys boating, golfing and being with his family. He lives in Essex with his wife, Kristen, and their two children.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
