Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Dave guided us through a 5-year Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, which led to other related financial issues. Dave jumped in with both feet with expert guidance and an aggressive defense of our interests. A Chapter 13 case lasts for many years, but we always felt that he cared about us and looked out for our best interests the entire time. We highly recommend him.
Hired David to handle a variety of matters for my business. He concealed a known conflict from us, taking on an important arbitration. When we discovered the conflict, he had to withdraw three weeks before the final hearing. David’s ethical failure hurt us and our interests. We had to hire a new firm and pay additional expenses to get them prepared. I would not trust David with any matter of significance.
David Gardner was the trustee on my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He failed to check out my creditors. He lied about selling my home wherein he sold it $25,000.00 under the purchase price as recoreded on the Real Estate Purchase Contract. He is a greedy attorney who does not care about people in this horrible situation. I am now homeless at 65 years old as it was his mission to sell my home to get his huge pay-off! You need to keep an eye on him if you are unlucky enough to have him as a trustee. Bankruptcy Judges do not care about you either, so do your due diligence and protect your assets as this attorney will take every dime he feels entitled too!
